This elegant corkscrew is finished with a simple stylised leaf motif to the handle. In order to make the little screw man enough for the task, we need a high carbon steel… so these are hand forged from bits of old coil springs kindly donated by a friend who’s a mechanic. So as you sip your wine you can mull over how far your bit of spring has travelled and where it has been on its journey before finally being repurposed as a bit of quality drinkware! The forged steel is finished with wax while still hot to give a tough, durable patina. Each item is handmade to order so is unique to you. Please allow up to a week for production!
